At Mission Ipswich East ( St Johns, St Andrews and Bixley Farm) we regularly run Alpha courses to help people discover more about the Christian faith.

Alpha is a course designed to help you unpack the basics of the Christian faith in a relaxed and friendly environment. Our goal is to make Alpha accessible for all people and is aimed at people investigating faith for themselves. Each Alpha session consists of a sharing a meal together, watching a video and an opportunity to ask whatever questions you might have about life, faith & God. 

There are only two rules on Alpha! Firstly, there are no stupid questions! And secondly, that there are no questions off limits! 

So why not come along and join us on Alpha … Be yourself! And bring all your hardest questions with you. We usually look to run Alpha a few times throughout the year.  We’d love to welcome you to a course in the near future!

Our next Alpha courses will run for 9 consecutive weeks starting the week beginning January 22nd. We hope to run them across MIE, depending on interest, launching on :

Monday 22nd January in the Taste Cafe at 10am.

Wednesday 24th January at St John's Church at 1pm with soup and rolls.

Wednesday 24th January at St Andrew's Church at 1:30pm with coffee and cake.

Wednesday 24th January at St John's Church at 7pm with dinner and pudding.

Friday 26th January at Bixley Farm at 1pm with soup and rolls.
