At both St Johns and St Andrews there is age-appropriate Bible teaching during the sermon for children in the Sunday morning services during term time for children from the age of 3. We have no separate provision for children at Bixley Farm, but families worship all together.
At MIE we run a whole church curriculum, which means whatever gets preached on a Sunday morning is the same passage we look at with the children in their groups during the sermon, which means the whole family is studying the same passages at the same time. This Autumn we’re going to be looking at Money, Possessions and Eternity.
It’s great when we are all learning the same things so we can chat together as families about it, or if any of you talk to any of the children after church you can ask them what they learned about the passage and tell them what you learned! Children you can ask the grown ups too to make sure they have been listening!
